Jackie is a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) and classically trained chef who has worked in media since 1998. She was a national media spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, appearing on dozens of national television programs, including Good Morning America, to offer nutrition advice and guidance. She now serves as a Forbes Health Advisory board member and an instructor at The Gourmandise School.
As a nutrition and plant-based food writer, Jackie’s contributed to outlets including The Healthy, Prevention, Livestrong, SELF, Glamour, Woman’s World, Fitness, Health, and more. She’s also an award-winning cookbook author who’s presented at dozens of nutrition, dietetics, and culinary conferences nationwide. Her most recent book is The Plant-Based Diabetes Cookbook.
